Paying Terminated Employees in Arizona

In Arizona, discharged employees must be paid wages due within three working days or at the end of the next regular pay period, whichever is sooner. Employees who quit must be paid no later than the next regular payday for the pay period in which the termination occurred. Wages are to be paid by mail if the employee so requests.
