Paying Terminated Employees in Alaska

In Alaska, final wage payment, after an employee is discharged, must be made within three working days at the place where wages are usually paid or at a location agreed upon by the employer and the employee. Laid off, locked out or striking employees must be paid on or before the next regular payday.
